Hi, I’m Amy. I run Sunbreak Services, where I provide transaction coordination and administrative support for real estate professionals, small businesses, and families navigating major life transitions—especially the complex logistics that come with relocation, downsizing, and later-life moves.
About Amy
A lifetime of coordination and problem-solving
For more than 30 years, I’ve been the person people rely on to organize complicated situations and keep the moving pieces under control. Over the years that has meant coordinating everything from cross-country moves and estate sales to large group travel, theater productions, art shows, and even hurricane evacuations and disaster recovery logistics.
I’m comfortable stepping into complex situations, creating a clear plan, and managing the details that help everything come together smoothly.
Experience that shaped Sunbreak Services
Along the way, I built my career working in real estate and corporate environments, supporting a wide range of administrative, operational, and project-based work across industries, including real estate, legal, finance, and other professional services. My work has included transaction and document coordination, operational organization, process development, and administrative support for small businesses, independent professionals, and corporate teams. Many of my roles involved managing complex projects, coordinating multiple parties, organizing large volumes of information, and keeping detailed processes running smoothly.
Throughout my career, I have also regularly helped families and individuals navigate significant life transitions—downsizing households, organizing estates, coordinating moves, and managing the many practical details that arise when supporting aging family members. Those experiences naturally led to my interest in senior transition support and the services I provide today through Sunbreak Services.
A little about my background
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English and Creative Writing, and my background in writing, communication, and research has proven invaluable throughout my career, particularly when managing documentation, timelines, contracts, and client communication across complex projects and transactions. Clear communication and well-organized information are often what keep projects moving forward smoothly, and those skills have been central to much of my work.
Over time, my work has centered around organization, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving—bringing structure to complicated situations, creating systems where none existed, and helping projects move from idea to completion. I am comfortable coordinating between multiple parties and handling the administrative and logistical work that keeps businesses and projects running behind the scenes.
At the heart of it all, I enjoy bringing clarity and structure to situations that might otherwise feel overwhelming. When the details are handled well, everyone involved can focus on what matters most, knowing the logistics, paperwork, and timelines are being managed carefully and thoughtfully.
Outside of work
Outside of my professional work, I’m endlessly curious about the world. I love reading, cooking, traveling, writing, and gardening, and I enjoy exploring new ideas, cultures, and creative pursuits whenever I have the chance.
My personal mantra is gratitude, curiosity, and perseverance—values that guide both my work and my life.
